- SaskPower - set up account for RV lot(s)
- Licensed electrician to run power from SaskPower pedestal to RV &/or Garage.
- SaskEnergy (Available at rear property line for Lots 1-22, 114-124 & 148-185)
- Licensed gas fitter to run gas to appliances.
- Internet provider
- Cistern & Pressure System installer (ensure tank is not visible)
- Certified SOWMA* installer to install Septic tank (ensure tank is not visible)
(Permit is required from Saskatchewan Health Authority)
- DIY or contractor for garage, outdoor kitchen, landscaping, etc.
- Site inspections will be identified through the approval process
- Post Construction
- All water and sewer must be hauled by licensed contractor (as per JLWWUC**)
- Enjoy a campfire with respecting local fire bans
- Garbage bin provided at each lot with seasonal pickup schedule to be announced
- Keep the number of cats and dogs under three per property and be sure they are quiet between 11pm and 7am
- Use and enjoy golf carts to travel:
- within designated areas of development
- via Village of Meota roads with direct shortest route to/from Meota Golf Course.
- during daylight hours only
- must have a valid drivers licence
- not permitted on provincial highways.
