RV & Marina Estates will be ready for use Summer 2026. Purchasers will be able to start individual development on their lots (ie. septic/water tanks, garages, landscaping) once they receive their titles.
Work on the Amenity Area will continue through spring, weather permitting, with full completion expected in Fall 2026.
Purchasers will begin receiving their titles in January 2026. Once an Offer to Purchase is signed and the deposit is received, our legal firm will initiate the title registration process. Upon full payment, your title will be transferred and you can begin developing your lot.
Since RV & Marina Estates is a Bareland Condominium, the development is maintained by the Condo Board. All RV lot and marina slip owners pay an annual Condo fee for maintenance of the common areas (marina, amenity area, pathways, roads) and includes seasonal garbage removal. Because of this, RV & Marina Estates remains a first class development and will continue to look as good as the day you moved in!
The boat launch is private, only people that own marina slips and/or RV lots have access to the boat launch.
Yes, the roads within the development are cleared of snow in the winter, allowing for access all year.
No, docks are provided in the Marina for those who have purchased a Marina slip. Docks in front of RV & Marina Estates aren't permitted, this is done to help protect the shoreline and lake.
No, there is an Environmental Reserve between the lake front properties and the lake, this is to ensure the lake front is left in its natural state. That's the same reason our marina is inland, to reduce any harm to the environment!
