Construction Process

Pre-Construction & Approvals

  • Create a site plan that meets zoning regulations and condo bylaws (RV or park model, garage, utilities, septic, and approach).
  • Site plan used for contractor coordination and approvals.
  • Development and Building Permit applications submitted to the Condo Board General Manager (GM).

Construction

We can help coordinate:

  • SaskPower account setup and electrical connections
  • Natural gas access (available on select lots) and gas fitting
  • Internet services
  • Cistern, pressure system, and septic installation (permits required)
  • Optional projects such as garages, outdoor kitchens, and landscaping

Required site inspections will be identified throughout the process.

Post Construction

  • Water and sewer hauling by licensed contractors
  • Garbage service provided; seasonal schedule announced
  • Campfires permitted, subject to local fire bans
  • Pet limits and quiet hours apply
  • Golf carts permitted in designated areas and approved routes
  • Relax and enjoy the lake.

Permit Process

Development and Building Permits

Development Permit

Required before construction begins. Owners must submit a site plan, application, and fee to the Condo Board GM. Our team can assist in guiding and facilitating the process.


Building Permit

Required for garages and accessory buildings after development approval. Our team can assist with applications and coordination.
